Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Web Hosting Company is required. Linux Red Hat Certification is preferred. You should possess excellent knowledge of Linux commands and be able to solve client issues efficiently via chats or emails. Technical familiarity with Linux/Windows and managing control panels like cPanel/Plesk Panel is essential. You should have the ability to fix issues related to Windows/Linux Servers, IIS, Apache, Emails, MSSQL/MySQL, WHM/WHMCS. Familiarity with cPanel & Plesk is a must. Regular monitoring of servers to ensure stable services is part of the job responsibility. The ideal candidate should have a background in the Linux operating system and sound knowledge of working on Linux servers from the command line, along with troubleshooting problems on cPanel servers. A minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in working on cPanel servers is required. You should be capable of handling issues related to email, MySQL, Apache, PHP, IMAP, pop3, firewall, etc while assisting customers. Excellent command over English, both verbal and written, is necessary. The role requires flexibility to work in a 24*7 shift environment. This is a full-time position based in Nashik.,
