Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your role will involve acting as a liaison between customers and the company. You will be responsible for assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. Your key responsibilities will include: - Resolving customer complaints via Ticket System Software, phone, and email - Reaching out to customers using Customer Support Software and verifying account information - Greeting customers warmly and ascertaining their problems - Cancelling or upgrading accounts - Assisting with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges - Providing advice on company information - Placing or cancelling orders - Answering questions about terms of sale - Acting as the company gatekeeper - Suggesting solutions for problems - Handling product recalls - Informing customers of deals and promotions - Compiling reports on overall customer satisfaction - Handling changes in policies or renewals **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree/Diploma or equivalent experience - Polite nature, obedient, respectful, honest, trustworthy, culturally aware, sensible, and flexible - Demonstrated written and oral communication skills - Good command over language and grammar (Hindi & English) - Sharp knowledge of basics of computers, internet services, and social networking websites - Familiarity with Ticket Support System - Knowledge of general office machines and telephone systems - Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others - High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information - Ability and willingness to work on weekends - Any additional skills will be considered with preference In addition to the job role and responsibilities, the company offers various incentives and benefits such as accidental insurance, life insurance, travel allowance, training, experience certificate, personal visiting card, company email ID, internet facility, leave options, vocational trips, bonuses, refreshments, accommodation, transportation, and participation in company activities.
