Job Title: AC Repair and Maintenance Services Coordinator Job Summary: The AC Repair and Maintenance Services Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all air conditioning service requests, maintenance schedules, technician assignments, and customer communications. This role ensures smooth daily operations, timely completion of service calls, and high customer satisfaction through efficient coordination between clients, technicians, and management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Service Coordination & Scheduling Receive and log customer calls, service requests, and complaints. Schedule and assign technicians for repair, installation, and maintenance jobs. Track service progress to ensure timely completion. Maintain a daily work plan and update job status in records or software. 2. Maintenance Planning Prepare preventive maintenance schedules for clients under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Ensure timely reminders and follow-up for scheduled maintenance visits. Keep accurate records of completed maintenance and repairs. 3. Communication & Customer Support Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding AC service inquiries. Coordinate between customers, technicians, and management for smooth operations. Handle escalations and ensure quick resolution of customer issues. Provide service quotations and follow up for approval. 4. Documentation & Reporting Maintain logs of daily service calls, technician activities, and materials used. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports. Maintain AMC records, service invoices, and warranty documentation. 5. Vendor & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with vendors or suppliers for spare parts and materials. Monitor and update stock levels of commonly used service items. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC-related fields). Experience: 2–5 years in service coordination, preferably in HVAC or technical service industry. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of AC systems, components, and repair processes. Computer Skills: MS Office, Excel, and service management software (if applicable). Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, time management, and customer service skills.
