Technical Support Advisor

You are hiring for a Technical Sales Expert position based in Mohali, Punjab. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in technical sales. This is a full-time job with 5 days working schedule, and Saturdays and Sundays are fixed off. The working hours are in the US shift. As a Technical Sales Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a genuine technical support process, providing client support remotely via inbound calls regarding computers, printers, and related devices. You will be expected to respond promptly to customer inquiries, explain issues and resolutions clearly, and work towards converting them into leads or sales. Troubleshooting technical problems with US and Canada customers will also be part of your responsibilities. The role requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, along with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve computer-related issues. Professional etiquette, punctuality, and the ability to handle telephonic interactions effectively are essential. The job offers attractive incentive plans and a safe working environment.
