ROLES

Responsibilities

OPERATION & MAINTENANCEResponsible for operation and maintenance of entire site utility equipment as per the scope and ensure Statutory compliance...Daily TBT ConductedMonitor and analyzing parameters of all Utility equipment as per the check list. Maintain all records as per the requirement.Release Utility equipment for breakdown and PPM activities.Provide tools, spares and consumables, PPEs, for smooth operation. Support and Superve shut down activitiesEvaluate PPM activities carried out and the machine performance after PPMKeep equipment and work site clean and tidyReport to Shift Engineer for any abnormalitiesIdentify Perform and Implement Energy Conservation & Cost Saving activities.Updating recordsTrain technicians and Engineering Assistants on Operation and Maintenance of utility equipment and review their performance.Report Incidents, Accidents and implementing Correction, Corrective Action & Improvement activities.Coordinate with AMC Suppliers and other vendors.Follow HSQE Standards and Guidelines.Implement Integrated Management SystemMotivate and build teamwork.INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
