Job Description - · Hiring, training, and supervising maintenance technicians and other staff. · Inspecting and maintaining building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other equipment. · Developing and distributing weekly maintenance schedules, delegating tasks, and coordinating projects like renovations. · Identifying and resolving maintenance issues to ensure systems run efficiently. · Contributing to maintenance budgets and monitoring stock of materials and equipment. · Ensuring all maintenance work meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations. · Communicating with building users about upcoming work and informing senior management of operations and issues. · Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a diverse team. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues efficiently. · Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks. · Several years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, with prior supervisory experience often required.
