Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Supervisor, based in Jamnagar. The Technical Supervisor will oversee the daily operations and technical activities of projects, ensuring the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of treatment systems. Responsibilities include supervising technical staff, conducting site inspections, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves close collaboration with engineering teams and project managers to meet project goals and timelines.

• Experience in supervising technical teams and managing day-to-day operations
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Relevant educational background in Engineering or related fields
• Prior experience in a similar role within the renewable energy or environmental management industry is a plus
