Daily Temperature Recording: Monitor and record the warehouse temperature daily. Ensure compliance with storage standards, especially for temperature-sensitive goods. Print and file temperature logs regularly. Logistics Record (LR) Entry – C&S: Maintain accurate and timely entry of LR details for goods dispatched via C&S. Coordinate with logistics providers for correct documentation. Logistics Record (LR) Entry – Direct Party: Enter LR details for dispatches made directly to clients or parties. Verify correctness of information and ensure documentation is complete. Dispatch Pending Follow-up: Track pending dispatches and send follow-up emails to concerned departments. Respond to dispatch-related queries and ensure timely communication. Returned Goods Handling: Physically inspect returned goods for quality and condition. Prepare and process Goods Return Note (GRN) accurately. Coordinate with relevant departments for further action. Records Filing & Documentation: Maintain systematic filing of all warehouse and dispatch records. Ensure easy retrieval of documents during audits or internal checks.
