Residential Building Maintenance MST (Plumber Cum Electrician)
Job Title: Technical Supervisor – Residential Facility Management. To oversee and manage all technical operations and maintenance activities within the residential premises, ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. The role includes supervision of technicians, preventive maintenance scheduling, and coordination with residents and management for timely resolution of issues. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Maintenance: Supervise day-to-day maintenance activities for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works. Ensure all equipment (DG sets, lifts, pumps, panels, lighting, etc.) is in proper working condition. Conduct regular inspections and monitor the upkeep of common areas and services. Ensure all preventive maintenance schedules are followed as per OEM / AMC standards. 2. Team Supervision: Manage and guide a team of technicians, electricians, plumbers. Allocate daily tasks and monitor job completion with quality standards. Conduct tool box meetings and safety briefings regularly. 3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for AMC, specialized maintenance, and repair work. Verify and certify contractor work completion before billing. 4. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily / weekly / monthly maintenance reports. Maintain equipment history cards, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
