Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical roles such as Developers, Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, DevOps, Cloud Engineers, etc.
Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and Boolean search to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Understand client requirements thoroughly and deliver within agreed timelines.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, pipeline status, closures).
Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure excellent candidate experience and high offer-to-join ratio.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (IT/NON-IT) in an Recruitment consulting Firm or corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of various technical roles and terminologies (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, etc.).
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools: Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in technical hiring (preferred in IT services or product companies).
