We are hiring for Software/Technical Support Executive at Andheri Office.

Job Profile

Position Title: Technical/ Software Support Executive.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accept incoming support requests through phone and email channels.
• Acknowledge customer requests and handle them expeditiously and professionally. Proactively communicate and accurately set customer expectations.
• Obtain a clear understanding of the problem being reported and request appropriate supporting information to continue investigation.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL for database analysis and reporting MIS.
• Good knowledge of web server (installation, configuration, basic administration)
• Basic knowledge of TeamViewer etc
• Basic Manual Testing of software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline; or, equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in support of both desktop and web based DotNet applications with SQL Server Database.
• Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Specific Knowledge/Requirements:

• Basic Experience with ASP.Net MVC 5, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Framework 3.5 and above.
• Experience in MS SQL Server Database environment – SQL Server
• Experience in deploying .Net applications on Web servers(IIS).
• Experience with MS Windows Operating System.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
