Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Services Manager at Work Dynamics, your main responsibility is to deliver superior technical services by overseeing all building systems to ensure they run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You will lead the technical services team, manage critical operations onsite with the client, and partner with vendors to implement best practices consistently. Your role also involves providing outstanding client service, mentoring the team, and driving continuous improvements in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor the Technical Services Team to control technical services activity effectively - Partner with vendors to manage the client environment and technical services, focusing on continuous improvement and risk management - Ensure client infrastructures are resilient and support client security teams and their systems - Manage 24-Hr emergency alarms on client premises and be prepared for call-outs and support out of normal working hours - Prepare and present Monthly Management Reports (MMRs) for Technical Services to the client - Coordinate building shutdown activities, support stakeholders with facilities requests, and facilitate emergency fire drills - Manage building automation systems and supervise vendors to ensure service delivery in line with KPI/SLAs - Act as a coach and mentor to encourage teamwork, cooperation, and performance excellence - Prioritize facilities needs and reduce workplace risks by maintaining maintenance visibility and compliance with legal and technical standards - Plan and manage technical services budgets and contracts, develop recommendations, and manage inventory effectively - Build strong relationships with clients, meet their expectations, and generate reports during client reviews Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in engineering or technical services delivery in a facilities management environment - At least 8 years of experience in managing teams and contracts of works - Degree or professional qualification in Engineering/Technical Services - Certification in Sustainability (e.g., LEED, WELL) and Project Management (e.g., PMP) is an added advantage - Experience in digital buildings, IOT-based system knowledge, managing minor projects, and continuous improvement initiatives - Strong technical skills, impeccable people skills, availability to support 24/7 during emergencies, good budget expertise, and interaction with multiple stakeholders - Attention to detail, high-level analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills, time management, adaptability to changing requirements, meeting deadlines, and strong analytical and administration skills (Note: Omitted additional company details as they were not provided in the JD),
