Technical Services Consultant

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Technical Services Executive to join our Technical Service Group (TSG) at Café Coffee Day. The role involves coordinating with technicians, overseeing maintenance activities (especially air conditioning systems), and ensuring all store equipment is functioning smoothly to support uninterrupted café operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily activities of in-house and external service technicians. Track, manage, and ensure timely maintenance of air conditioners and other café equipment. Respond promptly to service requests from café outlets and allocate resources accordingly. Maintain service records and follow up on unresolved technical issues. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed to avoid equipment breakdowns. Liaise with vendors for timely repair and replacement of parts. Support the TSG team in budgeting and managing maintenance costs. Provide technical support during new café setups or relocations. Maintain communication with café managers for service updates and satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field. 2–4 years of experience in technical services, preferably in retail or F&B sector. Strong coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and kitchen appliances. Ability to multitask and manage field technicians effectively. Proficient in MS Office and service tracking tools.
