Technical Service Coordinator

The Technical Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth execution of all field service activities by guiding and monitoring service engineers, coordinating spare movement with procurement and plant teams, and supporting revenue generation from out-of-warranty services. The role requires strong operational control, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction. Assign, track, and monitor daily tasks allocated to service engineers through the service management system. Ensure engineers complete jobs within defined SLAs and maintain high-quality service standards. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely movement and availability of spare parts. Work closely with the plant/production team to ensure required material dispatches are on schedule. Collect feedback from service engineers and market observations regarding spare parts and product quality. Drive revenue from chargeable service calls and out-of-warranty repairs. Support service engineers in upselling paid services, AMC packages, and replacement parts. Strong coordination and follow-up skills Basic technical understanding of equipment/products Good communication and customer management ability Proficiency with service management tools/ERP systems (SAP, CRM, etc.) Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
