Job Description

Facilitator

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
Ensure that meetings are productive and focused.

Servant Leader

Support the development team by removing obstacles and impediments that may hinder their progress.
Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment.

Coaching

Coach the team on Agile principles and practices, helping them to understand and implement Scrum effectively.
Guide the Product Owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing work.

Communication

Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals.
Help manage stakeholder expectations and provide updates on team progress.

Continuous Improvement

Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting feedback and learning from experiences.
Facilitate the identification and implementation of process improvements.

Team Development

Support team members in their professional development and growth.
Encourage team accountability and ownership of their work.

Metrics and Reporting

Track and report on team performance metrics, such as velocity and burn-down charts, to help the team assess their progress.
Use metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Conflict Resolution

Help resolve conflicts within the team and foster a positive team dynamic.
Mediate discussions and ensure that all voices are heard.

Mandatory Skills

CSM, PSM, Agile Certifications, sprint planning, servant leadership, conflict resolution, Continuous Improvement, Agile Scrum Master
