Roles & Responsibilities Position 1: Sales & Technical Estimation Engineer Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Support sales activities, negotiate deals, and close orders. Assist in product development based on feedback. Provide technical support during installation and troubleshooting. Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth. Share market feedback with management. Position 2: Customer Support Engineer Handle customer inquiries and provide technical assistance. Support product installation, operation, and maintenance. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints. Maintain customer records and follow up post-sale. Collect feedback to improve products and services. Collaborate with team members and prepare support reports. Qualifications & Skills Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics. Good communication and technical aptitude. Willing to learn and work in a dynamic environment. Prior experience is a plus but not mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office; bilingual skills are beneficial.
