Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Specialist located in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of smart home automation products, providing technical support to customers, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include prospecting, qualifying leads, providing technical expertise during sales pitches, and handling customer inquiries and technical issues.

Qualifications

Technical Sales and Sales skills
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Technical Support experience
Ability to understand and explain technical products
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the smart home automation industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
