The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales of technical products/services by providing expert guidance to clients, understanding their technical needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to expand the company's market share and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for technical products/services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client outreach.
  • Understand clients' technical requirements and provide appropriate product/service demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to customize solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms of sales with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and technological advancements.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients post-sale.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and pipeline status.
  • Coordinate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with product offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in [industry/sector].
  • Strong technical knowledge of [specific products/services/technologies].
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
