Communication Skills 4 Can explain technical concepts to plant heads,
purchase managers, CXOs
CRM Tools 4 Proficient with Salesforce, Zoho, or similar
Problem Solving 4 Creative approach to solving client-specific
drying challenges
Negotiation & Closing 4 Strategic thinker, confident handling
objections and multi-party deals
