Technical Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background paired with exceptional communication and sales skills. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events
• Understand customer requirements and present appropriate technical solutions
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Collaborate with engineering or product teams to provide accurate solutions and quotations
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts aligned with customer needs and company guidelines
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure post-sale satisfaction
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in technical sales or a related field
• Strong understanding of [relevant technical products/services]
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools
