AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying machine learning models and AI systems. In this role, you'll contribute to the design and development of AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key part in turning complex data into actionable insights. You should be comfortable working independently on projects while also supporting junior engineers and contributing to the overall AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Analyze large datasets and extract meaningful features to improve model performance.
• Build scalable and efficient ML pipelines for training, validation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products.
• Conduct model evaluation, tuning, and experimentation to optimize performance.
• Help guide and mentor junior AI engineers, providing code reviews and technical input.
• Document processes, models, and systems to support reproducibility and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals, model selection, evaluation metrics, and deployment strategies.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data, including text and images.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and model deployment tools (e.g., Flask, FastAPI, Docker).
