Role - Technical Sales Executive

Qualification - M.Tech / B.Tech Chemical Engineering

Package - 12 LPA to 17 LPA

Experience - 5 to 10 Years

Location - Hyderabad / Bangalore (Remote)

Industry - Chemical Manufacturing

Working day - 6 Days

Gender Preference - Male

Job Description:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the assigned region by targeting industries such as plastics, polymers, coatings, and specialty chemicals.
  • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and provide technical consultations to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting.

Technical Expertise

  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and solutions to customers.
  • Liaise with the R&D and technical teams to address customer-specific challenges and provide customized solutions.

Market Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, forecasts, and market analyses to the management team.

Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics and R&D, to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.

Functional Skills

  • Expertise in technical sales within the chemicals, polymers, or additives industry.
  • Strong knowledge of polymer science, plastic engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in managing B2B sales processes, including negotiation and contract management.
  • Ability to understand and address customer technical requirements effectively.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools for reporting and customer management.

Preferable

  • Strong understanding of the polymer and plastic industries and their applications.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and the regional language(s) of the assigned territory is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
