Technical Sales Executive

As a Sales and Engagement Executive at "My Equation", you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting potential leads through various channels, including B2C and B2B outreach. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating compelling and personalized pitches, as well as conducting outbound calls to nurture leads and drive conversions. - Applying effective communication and persuasion techniques to achieve sales and engagement goals. - Serving as the primary point of contact for mentees, resolving academic/technical queries, and guiding them on program outcomes. - Collecting feedback from mentees and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. - Coordinating with the marketing team to improve lead-generation campaigns and outreach strategies. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, exploring collaboration opportunities for business growth. - Developing and implementing engagement strategies with engineering colleges and academic institutions across India. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, challenges, and new opportunities. - Working closely with leadership, including the CMO, on SMO management, revenue generation, and evolving responsibilities as per business growth.
