Technical Sales Executive

Job Description:
1. Understand product specifications, applications, and industry relevance through in-depth training at our factory unit.2. Identify and research potential clients in relevant industries.3. Plan and conduct field visits to prospective clients to present our product offerings and demonstrate value.4. Client visits will include giving product demos and troubleshooting regarding the product for customer satisfaction.5. Collect referrals from existing customers to expand client base.6. Build strong client relationships through professional communication and problem-solving.7. Collaborate with the internal sales, technical and production teams to align solutions with client needs.8. Provide feedback from field visits to improve product positioning and customer experience.9. Maintain records of sales activities, lead status, and visit reports.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding NC, CNC, Hydraulic and Mechanical Sheet Metal Machinery.

Work Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in industrial sales or technical product sales.
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the machinery or industrial sector.

Skills Required:

• Selling skills
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Ability to assess client intent and prioritize accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
