Job Description:We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer who will play a key role in driving solar sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth project coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in renewable energy and the ability to combine technical knowledge with sales skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify, generate, and follow up on new business leads. Maintain and update customer and lead data in CRM or Excel sheets. Conduct client meetings, explain solar system benefits, and provide suitable solutions. Prepare and send proposals, quotations, and technical documents. Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for project execution. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle customer queries and ensure post-sale support and satisfaction. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client presentations. Qualifications & Skills:Education: BE/B.Tech (EEE, ECE, Mechanical) or equivalent. Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) are welcome. Strong communication and presentation skills. Interest or prior exposure to the solar/renewable energy sector preferred. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
