Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell our technical products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have both engineering knowledge and strong sales ability, capable of understanding client requirements and delivering customized solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable technical solutions
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products/services
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market developments
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge in relevant engineering field
• Proven sales or customer-facing experience in a technical environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical customers
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentation software
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits

Preferred:

• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or electronics sales
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Hands-on experience with product demos or installations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
