Record and Maintain Job / Product wise production. Analysis of Jobs in hand with production drawings to use the best possible fabrication method or suggest alternative methods. Planning and Management of manpower, machinery, raw materials on shop floor. Welding machines, repair and maintenance on regular basis and on records. Maintain Raw Materials required for production. ISO standard implementation and handle the quality related documentation. Raw material and in-process inspection. Regularly practicing on Kaizen, proactively recommend solutions that will improve product durability and overall performance. Validation/Certification of machine and gauges calibrations. Conducting testing, trials for product quality improvement Lead quality team to minimize rejection level. Pursuing NDT Level I| certificate of PT/MT/UT/RT

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team with knowledge of General Accounting as well as knowledge of Cost Accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring accuracy in financial documents, and complying with all relevant laws and regulations as well as relevant knowledge of Cost Accounting Key Responsibilities: Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations. Maintain general ledger and assist in month-end and year-end close processes. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. Prepare tax returns and ensure proper filing and compliance. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports. Collaborate with auditors and provide necessary documentation. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions. Emphasis on Cost Accountant proficiency. - Collect and analyze data to determine costs of business activities such as raw material purchases, labor, and overhead. Develop and maintain the cost accounting system, documents, and records. Prepare cost analyses and reports for management to aid in budgeting and strategic planning. Monitor changes in processes or materials that affect cost and report variances. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Work with production and procurement teams to establish accurate standard costs. Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes related to cost accounting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to cost accounting. Recommend ways to reduce costs and improve profitability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CFA certification is a plus. Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel).
