Job Description

Location: Wagle Industrail Estate Industry: Fabrication / Industrial Products Experience: 3–5 years (Fabrication shop experience MUST) Key Responsibilities To interpret fabrication drawings. Plan and supervise shop-floor Aluminium fabrication activities. Coordinate welding, cutting, bending, machining, and assembly processes. Prepare BOM, material requirement, production schedules. Monitor workmanship, safety, and 5S standards. Required Skills Strong knowledge of sheet metal and structural fabrication. Ability to guide welders, fitters, helpers with technical instructions. Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks. Knowledge of Aluminium welding symbols, tolerances, and industrial standards. Qualifications Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Preferred Skills Exposure to ISO standards, costing, CNC/laser/welding/ robot programming Experience in skylights, hatch covers, or similar aluminium Structures
