* Job Responsibility :-
1) Manpower Handling
2) Report any delays, breakdowns, or quality issues to seniors.
3) Ensure proper allocation of manpower for each shift
4) Check that products meet quality standards at each stage.
5) Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and safety norms.
6) Report any quality deviations to the Quality team.
7) Prepare shift-wise production reports.
8) Maintain attendance and shift records.
9) Update daily production logs and share with seniors.
* Competencies Skill :-
1) Basic knowledge of Computer (Ms office, Ms Excel etc)
2) Good Communication Skill
3) Basic leadership and decision-making
4) Email communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
