Role Description

This is a  𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 role for a 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫, located in 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐩𝐮𝐫.

The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for -

• 𝒅𝒓𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒂𝒍𝒆𝒔

• 𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒓 𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕.

Qualifications & Eligibility

• Proficiency in 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 | effectively understand & sell technical solutions
• Experience in Sales and ability to build and maintain impactful client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving skills | proactive approach in identifying and addressing customer needs
• 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥/ 𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥/ 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝, 𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝.
• Willingness to 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐧-𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 and collaborate with team members in 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐩𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞
• Industry experience in 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐃𝐆 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬, 𝐥𝐮𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐬 is an advantage.
• Experience in 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐂𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 ,𝐈𝐧𝐟𝐫𝐚, 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 is required (not Automobile)
• Strong skills in Technical Support and Communication to address client requirements and deliver outstanding service.
• Compensation & Benefits - Salary as per experience and skillset you bring PLUS conveyance allowances, reimbursements, Annual Bonus and performance incentives (upto 1 L)
