We deliver a comprehensive package encompassing Sales, Service, and Spares.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Adityapur, Jamshedpur. You will be managim day-to-day back office operations, support office administrative tasks, and assist in sales and accounts documentation. The role involves maintaining records, processing transactions, and ensuring efficient workflow within the office. Effective communication and coordination with various departments within the organisation and with clients (customers) are essential and of top priority.

Qualifications

B.Tech (Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics), B.B.A. or B.COM preferred
Prior experience (atleast 6 months) in a similar role or industry is a must
Strong Communication skills
Finance-related skills and knowledge
Must have experience of preparing quotations, tenders and purchase orders
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with the team
