Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for the sale of weather measuring & monitoring instruments, systems, sensors, dataloggers, etc. Primary Responsibilities § Sales of a variety of meteorological instruments to different businesses. § Implement knowledge of the equipment sales cycle. § Collect competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing contracts for assigned products. § Preparation of quotation as per the client's requirement. § Good skills in communication and email writing. § Improve product knowledge and sales techniques. § Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talk with customers on the sales floor or by phone. § Estimate delivery date to the customer, based on knowledge of the manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules. § Gathers, analyses, and delivers information from the field to allow the company to develop strategies and products appropriate to the Quality and Safety Testing market. § Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, service, support, customer services, marketing, and finance. § Generating sales leads through cold calling and market research on social media sites. § Self-motivated. § Aware of Content Marketing tools.
