Technical Sales Engineer-EV

Role Overview: As a Sales Engineer at our company, your main responsibility will be to identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing rapport with the current and potential customer base. You will be expected to prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. Additionally, you will confer with customers and engineers to assess needs and determine requirements. You will also support and partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles. Your role will involve modeling the finance business case associated with each sales opportunity and successfully matching customer pain points/requirements to proposed solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Identify current and future customer service requirements - Prepare and deliver technical presentations - Confer with customers and engineers to assess needs - Prepare cost estimates and consult with technical personnel - Support sales executives in planning and executing strategic deals - Match customer pain points to proposed solutions - Create and deliver technical presentations and demos - Communicate client needs to the technical/R&D team - Prepare sales engineering reports and maintain technical knowledge - Deliberate on sales engineering effectiveness and collect competitive intelligence Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer - Proven track record of selling complex enterprise solutions - Ability to forge strong, long-lasting relationships with senior executives - Ability to explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner - Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies - Good written, verbal communication, and presentation skills - Willingness to travel Additional Details: The company prefers candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA in Sales Marketing.,
