Job Description

Our company ELMECH ENGINEERS based at Faridabad (Haryana) founded in 2013 is a supplier of Instrumentation like Compressed air/gas flow instruments, moisture sensors, Hydraulic oil and water flow meters, Oil condition sensors, lubricants and non lubricants flow meters. We are Sales and Service company being Authorized Distributors of various companies in this field.


We are looking for Technical Sales Engineer with 1-3 Years of field Industrial goods Sales Experience.


QUALIFICATION Required: Science Graduates/ Diploma ( Instrumentation or Mechanical or Electronics)


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


• Candidate should be a go-getter with good communication skills. Should be proficient in Lead generation, Cold calling, Business communication, Marketing.

• Only Candidates with 1-3 years of Field Industrial goods Sales Experience should apply.

• Selling experience of Industrial goods and specially industrial instruments or pneumatic equipment is preferred. Candidates already having experience of selling process instruments, pneumatic equipments in Automobile, Pharmacuetical, electronics, semiconductor companies is preferrable.

• Candidates with technical knowledge of process instrumentation ( Flow Meters, Moisture Meters, Pressure Transmitters, Hygrometers) used in Industries and willingness to learn about new products are preferrable.

• Job requires to give product demo at sites to clients, held technical discussions with customers and get order from clients after follow-ups.

• Job requires to give training to client upon order supply (if required) and collection of payments from client.

• Candidate should have their own two-wheeler to be used for official travel.

• Candidate should be residing in Gurgaon or nearby areas.

• Job requires to travel to Industrial clients in Gurgaon/Manesar/ Bawal and nearby Industrial areas.


Annual CTC: 2-4 Lacs ( depending upon candidate’s qualification and skills) including Quaterly Sales Incentives based on Sales Targets achievement.

Fuel Expenses for travel to customer sites will be borne by company as per company policy. Travel cost for outstation customer visits will be reimbursed as per company policy.

Candidate shall be given proper technical training on the Instruments by the company.
