As a Sales Engineer specializing in electrical products, your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture positive relationships with customers to address their electrical needs effectively. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth through the identification of new business opportunities and expanding market share within the designated territory or sector. Your role will involve preparing and delivering technical proposals and quotes to clients, in collaboration with the internal technical team to ensure timely product availability and optimal solutions for customers. Monitoring competitors" activities and market trends will be crucial to identifying potential sales prospects, while also preparing and submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance data to management. Attendance at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences may be required to stay abreast of industry developments and networking opportunities. It will be essential to provide diligent follow-up and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical product sales or sales engineering. A solid technical understanding of electrical products, systems, and solutions is necessary, complemented by excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting will be essential, along with a good grasp of local market trends and customer requirements in the electrical sector. Preferred skills for this position include experience with electrical distribution products or systems, proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software, as well as strong problem-solving capabilities coupled with a customer-centric approach.,
