Job Description

Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion. • Developing and executing strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, key decision-makers and influencers. • Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities. • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives for assigned adhesives. • Customer visits in the allocated sales territory/market sectors • Product recommendations, demonstrations and trials • Price quotation in conjunction with the customers. After sales service including dealing with customer complaints • Adhere to Health and safety policies and rules. • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to align strategies. • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
