We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team. Job Summary The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing technical expertise to customers, and building strong relationships . This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be an expert in our product lines and a strategic partner for our customers. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Sales: Actively search for and pursue new business opportunities, develop a strong sales pipeline, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Technical Consultation: Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions using our laser and press brake technologies. Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations both on-site and remotely to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our machines. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify market opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide valuable market feedback. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in capital equipment, industrial machinery, or a related field. Experience with laser technology or sheet metal fabrication is a significant advantage. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles and a solid grasp of laser cutting, welding, marking, and press brake machine operations. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently are crucial.
