Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:
• Understand and demonstrate the technical aspects of our products and services.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, including pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers on technical matters.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any technical issues or concerns.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure product solutions meet customer needs.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer requirements and market trends.
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
• Provide market feedback to the sales and product development teams.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Proposal and Documentation:
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations to customers.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, application notes, and user manuals.
• Assist in the preparation of sales quotes and contracts.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical products and solutions relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools related to the product.
• Sales Skills:
• Proven experience in technical sales or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales metrics and data.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

Qualification: B.tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or any discipline.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
