Technical Sales Engineer

RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:

Ø To respond to all customer enquiries

Ø Annually compare actual performance with target

Ø Reminders to customers for payments and Collection of payment

Ø Authorized for any Inclusion /Deletion of Dealer

Ø Reviewing contracts and maintaining records

Ø Approving & issuing of work order to Operations department

Ø To maintain Quality records pertaining to his function.

Ø To control operating cost of his function.

Ø To establish API Quality System in his function.

Ø To take corrective action promptly against any audit findings.

Ø To co-ordinate with Management representative for effective and speedy implementation and Improvement of quality system within his function.

To co-operate, interact with other department in a positive manner to facilitate achievement of company’s target.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (or related field).
• 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in valves.
• Strong understanding of industrial products and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
