Roles and Responsibilities
1. Business Development meetings with customers and understand client/industry requirements.2. Engage in techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development.3. Generate leads, Plan, Track & report sales, and marketing activities on a decided periodic basis4. Meet targets that have been set as per the Business Plan.5. Channel / business partner development and management
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Hands-on experience in technical Sales preferably in consulting sales, energy management, energy efficiency solutions, electrical services, energy audits, power quality solutions, EMS/BMS/HVAC etc.
2. Clear & strong orientation towards results, targets, and deadlines.
3. Willing to travel extensively to achieve set targets.4. Good presentation & analytical skills.5. Effective communication skills (should have good command in English, Hindi, and local languages)
