Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves building relationships with clients, providing technical expertise, and presenting customized solutions that meet customer requirements. Responsibilities include demonstrating products, explaining technical specifications, offering pre- and post-sales technical support, and working closely with the sales and engineering teams to identify and address customer needs. The Technical Sales Engineer will also be responsible for preparing technical proposals, generating technical documentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Strong skills in Communication and presenting technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets within a competitive market.
• Experience in providing Technical Support for product demonstrations, troubleshooting, and post-sales assistance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in the energy management industry or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site from Pune and travel as necessary to meet with clients.
