Technical Sales Engineer

As a Technical Sales Engineer at MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing technical expertise to industrial clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Drive Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries. - Provide Technical Expertise: Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate chemical products and solutions. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, product management, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions. - Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. - Support Product Trials: Assist in product demonstrations, trials, and troubleshooting at customer sites. - Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular forecasts and performance reports. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field. - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Strong understanding of chemical formulations and industrial applications. - Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regionally or internationally as needed. - Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
