Technical Recruiter - US Staffing

Description

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 1-5 years of experience in US Staffing to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have a passion for recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the US job market.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for technical positions in the US market
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
• Negotiate salaries and offer packages with candidates
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in US Staffing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of the US job market and recruitment trends
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

Must have worked with US Citizens and GC holders

Experience in Working for Tier 1/Prime Vendor

Must have worked on W2/Full time / C2C requirements.
