Role Overview We are looking for a people-focused and dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Recruiter & Client Servicing Executive. This hybrid role blends end-to-end recruitment with client servicing responsibilities, giving you exposure to both HR and business-facing work. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing relationships, and driving impact. Key Responsibilities Recruitment (70%) Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates Build and maintain talent pipelines across functions such as counsellors, psychologists, sales, and operations Use LinkedIn, job portals, and creative outreach strategies to attract strong candidates Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with timelines Support employer branding initiatives to position The Education Match as an aspirational workplace Client Servicing (30%) (In Office role) Act as a point of contact for parents, schools, and academic partners Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments, demos, and follow-ups Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams Collect feedback from parents/schools to improve engagement and services Represent The Education Match in client calls, webinars, and interactions with schools Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PG in HR or Marketing is a plus) 14 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, or HR roles Strong communication and relationship management skills Comfort with LinkedIn recruiting, Indeed, ATS, job boards, and digital communication tools Ability to multitask across recruitment and client-facing responsibilities A people-first mindset with strong organisational skills Why Join Us Be part of Indias most comprehensive career counselling platform Gain dual exposure in HR recruitment + client relationship management Work closely with the Founders Office and leadership team Fast-track career growth into HR leadership, client success, or business development Young, mission-driven, and collaborative work environment Show more Show less
