Role and Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates for office positions.

2. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit to determine their suitability for specific office roles.

3. Candidate Management: Build and maintain a pool of qualified office candidates by fostering relationships, conducting follow-ups, and providing timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.

4. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate closely with client organizations to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and effectively communicate candidate profiles to ensure alignment and successful placements.

5. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring availability and facilitating effective communication throughout the process.

6. Onboarding and Support: Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating background checks, verifying references, and providing necessary paperwork and guidance to candidates after successful placements.

7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and competitive intelligence to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
