You are seeking a position suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of US IT professional experience, working the night shift from 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. As a Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will revolve around candidate sourcing, screening, evaluation, and management. You will utilize various recruitment channels to identify potential candidates, review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess qualifications to determine their suitability for office roles. Building and maintaining relationships with candidates is crucial. You will foster connections, conduct follow-ups, and provide timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience. Collaborating closely with client organizations is essential to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and communicate candidate profiles effectively for successful placements. Your role will involve coordinating interviews, assisting in the onboarding process, and staying updated on industry trends and job market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients. Understanding C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) roles is important.
