Technical Recruiter

Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (Night shift)

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Recruiter, located in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and manage the complete recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include posting job openings, conducting background checks, and maintaining candidate databases.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environment is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
