The Role

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and select qualified candidates for a variety of technology roles, including Software Developers, Engineers, QA Testers, and more.

Utilize multiple channels for sourcing, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases.

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and candidate onboarding.

Schedule and coordinate interviews for all walk-in candidates.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process.

Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends and best practices in the IT recruitment industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience

Strong understanding of various tech stacks and job requirements within the IT sector.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
