Job Summary:

US IT Recruiter

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

  or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–3 years of experience

  in

  US IT recruitment (W2/1099/C2C)

  .
• Must have proven experience in

  submitting candidates on W2.

• He/she must be able to work on

  IT/Non-IT roles

• Strong understanding of

  US Tax Terms, Work Visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT)

  , and compliance.
• Excellent

  communication and negotiation skills

  .
• Ability to

  multitask

  and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with

  ATS tools and major job portals

  .
• He/she must be committed and dedicated to work.
• If needed, he/she must stretch the extra hours or need to work over the weekend.
