Key Responsibilities :

Business Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the

    business strategy

    for the IT Services division.
  • Build and implement

    Go-To-Market (GTM) plans

    to target domestic and international markets.
  • Develop

    short-term and long-term growth plans

    aligned with company objectives.
  • Drive

    P&L ownership

    , revenue targets, and overall profitability of the division.
  • Explore

    new service lines

    , partnership models, and innovation-driven offerings.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and scale the

    sales and business development teams

    across regions.
  • Establish aggressive yet achievable

    sales and revenue goals

  • Oversee

    lead generation, pipeline building, and account expansion

    strategies.
  • Build strategic relationships with

    CXOs, VPs, and decision-makers

    across industries.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between

    sales, presales, and marketing

    to improve deal closures.
  • Negotiate and close

    large IT services contracts

    across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

Technical & Delivery Leadership

  • Oversee

    technical teams

    handling software development, QA/testing, cloud, and emerging technologies.
  • Ensure

    high-quality delivery

    , adhering to SLAs, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to define

    resource plans, solution architectures, and implementation roadmaps

    .
  • Drive

    innovation and adoption

    of modern technologies within delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery KPIs, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction metrics.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Build and manage

    cross-functional teams

    sales, presales, delivery, and support.

    roles, KPIs, and performance management systems

  • Foster a

    collaborative, high-performance work culture

  • Drive

    employee engagement, training, and capability-building initiatives

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the

    primary point of escalation

    for key client accounts and delivery engagements.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring

    trust and retention

  • Work closely with executive leadership, BU heads, and other stakeholders to drive business priorities.

Key Requirements:

Experience

  • 20+ years

    of total experience in

    IT Services

    , with at least

    7+ years in leadership roles

    .
  • Proven track record of

    scaling IT services businesses

    and managing

    multi-million-dollar P&Ls

    .
  • Experience leading

    sales teams and technical/delivery teams

    simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience in

    solution selling, enterprise account management, and offshore-onsite delivery models

    .

Technical & Business Skills

  • Deep understanding of

    IT services offerings

    Application Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Data Engineering, Digital Transformation.
  • Proven ability to

    win large deals

    ($1M+ preferred) and

    expand key accounts

    .
  • Strong exposure to

    US, EMEA, and APAC markets

    .
  • Expertise in

    sales forecasting, GTM strategy, and delivery excellence

    .
  • Familiarity with

    CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and BI dashboards

    .
